Management and Administration is the process and approach to complete the required tasks through and with people in any formal organizational or business setup. It is a field that studies the process to create, direct and operate the business requirements under any organization through coordinated and cooperative human efforts. These skills are also highly required for entrepreneurship that is an ability and readiness to develop, organize and run a business enterprise, along with any of its uncertainties in order to make a profit.
