Dr. Bhaskar Shejwal
"Dr. Shejwal is M.A. PhD in Psychology from Pune University and is currently associated with IQAC, Pune as Expert Adviser. He has been teaching in the University of Pune for the last 29 yrs. The major subjects taught by him includes Statistical Methods and Psychological Testing, Personality, Motivation and Emotion, Personnel Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Development and Organisation Development. He has also conducted lectures with various Management Institutes on subjects like Industrial Psychology, Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource.
Dr. Shejwal has published 25 research papers in national and international journals related to the said topics in national and international conferences. He has been a guide to around 10 students in their PhD process. He is a member of many renowned institutions in the field of human resource and has worked as an interview and examiner’s panel member at UPSC level."
Mrs. Surekha Pathak
Mrs. Surekha Pathak, holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. She is a Founder/Director of NEA Life as well as the president of Rotary club, Warje. She has undergone several mental health and behavioural training and has an experience of more than 5+ years in the field of Psychology. Her body of work includes mentoring aspirants for personal growth and training young adults on behavioural skills. She is passionate about her work and loves conversation with people from different walks of life.
Dr. Vishal Ghule is a Doctorate in Psychology along with MA Psychology, M.Phil , NET, and M.P.M. He has contributed majorly to the field of Psychology with 13 years of vast experience. Since 2015, he is Head, Department of Behavioural Sciences & Skill Development, CLR Skills Training Foundation, NEA Life, Pune. He has majorly worked in the capacity of Psychometric assessment, Career counselling and Cognitive assessment. He has carried out several mental health training workshops, corporate training, Psychometric assessment training workshops and also developed an Employee Engagement Survey. He is very active into his profession looking also into implementation of NEEM Scheme for AICTE Govt of India. His expertise is Teaching, Research, Psychometry, Training, Qualitatively and quantitative statistical analysis of surveys & social researches, Business Development & Operations and Client communication.

Mr. Santosh Janrao is a MA in Clinical Psychology with M.Phil and SET qualified. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Psychology. He has a massive 12 years of experience in the field of Clinical Research, Teaching and Clinical Psychology. He comes up with an expertise in Clinical Counselling, Psychometric testing, Data analysis and Report writing.
