It is vital to lead a holistically healthy life- a stable mental and psychosocial life. The concept ‘psychosocial’ means one's psychological development in, and interaction with, a social environment.

Life skills are the ability for positive behavior that enables the individual to deal effectively. With such influence of imparting life skills in everybody’s life, we aim to reach people and positively impact their course of life.

The study of certain skills that draw an outline as to how to lead a better life and with all the senses functioning extremely well is what is called as life skills. 

Skills those are useful to lead a better quality life, help achieve the goal and explore the life to its full potential. Practicing life skills leads to qualities such as self-esteem, sociability and tolerance and capability to have freedom i.e. to know exactly what role you have to play in every sphere be it at home, at office, at schools and society.
